Cancun Fajitas  Choose either beef, chicken, shrimp or pork. Served with green peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, guacamole, sour cream, cheddar cheese, lettuce and our delicious Cancun seasoning.  

Carne Jaliciense  Tenderloin steak sliced and fried with onions, tomatoes and fresh jalapenos with salsa del pato. 

Jalisco Fajitas(for two)  Choice of two marinated meats (pork, beef, chicken or shrimp), with onions, tomatoes, green peppers, tangy salsa, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, rice and beans. 

Fiesta en Jalisco   Prawns, sautéed mushroom and onions in butter, garlic and spices, plus char-broiled top sirloin. Served with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo. 

Milanesa  Thinly sliced chicken breast or flank steak marinated with egg and garlic, breaded then sautéed. Served with salad or rice and beans.  

Morales Special(for two)  Prawns fried with mushrooms and onions. Served with a char-broiled ribeye and boneless chicken breast marinated in achiole sauce with guacamole and pico de gallo.  

Mar y Tierra  Chicken breast and sliced tenderloin steak, fried with onions, tomatoes and fresh jalapenos, covered with a special sauce.  

Quesadilla Fajita  Choice of chicken or steak, topped with guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo.  

Tres Amigos  Three favorites served together! Chile Colorado, Chile Verde and Chile Relleno.  

Veggie Fajitas  A delicious blend of fresh and sautéed vegetables, served with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo.   With or without shredded cheese.
